We only purchase vehicles from UK dealerships, many of whom we have had a business relationship with for a number of years.

An initial payment is an amount of money, which is made at the start of the agreement. Typically this is equivalent to 3 monthly rentals depended on credit status. Larger initial payments may reduce monthly rentals.

If we take out a contract hire agreement
do we own the vehicle?
No, contract hire is a hire agreement, you never have legal ownership of the vehicle and we retain the registration document.

Will you deliver the vehicle to me?
Yes, we will deliver the vehicle to you free of charge to any mainland UK destination.

Will I need to supply road fund licence for the vehicle?
This depends on the agreement, however all contract hire agreements include road fund licence for the duration of the contract.

What are my options at the end of the agreement?
Dependent on the agreement you can either hand the vehicle back, extend the contract, or purchase the vehicle.

Typically how long are the contracts?
Our contracts typically run from 12 to 60 months depending on the vehicle. We can also offer mini leases of up to 6 months on some vehicles.

Is insurance included in the Agreement?
No, you are required to insure the vehicle on a fully comprehensive insurance policy.

What if I exceed the agreed mileage on the agreement?
Any miles over the agreed mileage will be charged at the excess mileage rate.

If I know I’m going to run over my agreed mileage and I want to avoid a final bill for any excess mileage is there anything I can do?
Yes, we can look at rescheduling your agreement on both contract hire and personal contract hire. Please contact us for more information.

Who is responsible for maintaining the vehicle?
You are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the vehicle such as checking oil and coolant levels. Full maintenance packages are available as an option. For more information click here (link to maintenance page)

Each vehicle has a minimum of 12 months breakdown assistance. Fully maintained agreements have breakdown assistance for the duration.
